I aim to assist you 'leap forward' rather than merely 'bounce back' after a setback or significant change in your personal or working life.
I’ve been successfully coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth, assisting them to own their results in business, leadership, personal life, work life balance and career coaching for years. I would love to help you.

About me:
I have a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Diploma in Organisational Psychology, Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Certificate in Neuroscience for Coaches and an Executive Organisational Coaching Certificate. I have 20+ years in senior roles in HR/ER/OD and H&S in heavy industry.
I am grateful for the fantastic journey of continuous improvement in leadership, coaching and resiliency throughout my career. This has provided me an ability to quickly understand and assist others. I live in beautiful Taupo, New Zealand and work with clients on-line or in person.
