I am known for assisting clients to 'sort their thoughts' and manage through the stress of everyday life. I aim to assist you 'leap forward' rather than merely 'bounce back' after a setback or significant change in your personal or working life.
I’ve been successfully coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth, assisting them to own their results in business, leadership, personal life, work life balance and career coaching for years. I would love to help you.

About me:
I have a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Diploma in Organisational Psychology, Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Certificate in Neuroscience for Coaches and an Executive Organisational Coaching Certificate. I have 20+ years in senior roles in HR/ER/OD and H&S in heavy industry.
I am grateful for the fantastic journey of continuous improvement in leadership, coaching and resiliency throughout my career. This has provided me an ability to quickly understand and assist others. I live in beautiful Taupo, New Zealand and work with clients on-line or in person.

In our coaching session we will discover where your strengths can help you move past any stumbling blocks on reaching your goals. We will address any negative thoughts and move to actions to move on to steps towards your goals. Price is GST inclusive and includes post session notes, articles/worksheets and follow up texts/emails as appropriate, to suit the needs of each client. Book from the link on home page. I also offer a 'Quick Shot' half hour session $92 for returning clients, time pressed professionals, focused decision makers or people who simply need a boost to regain momentum.
